Silver Mountain Pass is an abstract take on a mountain landscape. I have used spray paint, acrylics and texture gels to illuminate the expansive feel of the snow and rock. The light reflected off the contrast of hard rock and soft snow changes depending on where you stand to view the painting. The piece is completely instinctive and is not representative of a specific place, that is the choice of the eye of the viewer.
